No detail is too small, from linens and china, specialized lighting and sound production right through to world class catering – virtually anything is possible at the Loveless Barn.

Capacity
The Loveless Barn is 4,800 square feet of open interior space, two large heated side porches, a private green room, and a landscaped courtyard.
250 people maximum Seated Dinner with stage or dance floor
300 people maximum Seated Dinner
400 people maximum Theater style
500 people maximum Reception style with some seating
1,000 people maximum Reception style – entire property
Rental Fee
The Loveless Barn rental fee includes an onsite Event Manager, housekeeping, and our existing inventory of tables and chairs. Full day rental times are 2:00pm until 12:30am. Noise curfew begins at 11:00pm.
$3,500 – Friday and Saturday
$2,700 – Sunday through Thursday
$2,500 – Winter Discount, January and February
Daytime rental is also available. The event must be cleared by 2:00pm.
$1,000 – Sunday through Friday
Catering
The Loveless Barn was built with a full state-of-the-art catering kitchen. Our top notch catering team, including some of the most experienced chefs in the industry, is well versed in all types of cuisine.

Loveless Event Catering is available to cater events at off-site locations! Please ask us for event pricing customized to other venues, as the suggested menus above are priced to include all event rentals and labor associated with events at the Loveless Barn.
Event Rentals
Your rental of the Loveless Barn includes use of our existing inventory of tables and standard folding chairs for up to 300 guests. Depending on the style or the size of your event, additional rentals such as china, glassware, flatware, and linens may be required. Outdoor tents may be rented and installed on either side of the Barn to create even more event space.
Bar Service
The Loveless Barn is fully licensed and insured to offer full bar service for your event, including knowledgeable and licensed bar staff. We offer a wide menu of wine, beer, and liquor options, plus customized Loveless Signature Drinks. Cash bar service is also available. Only officially designated 501(c)(3) organizations are permitted to bring donated alcohol into the Loveless Barn, after first supplying the proper documentation and obtaining a special occasion license in some instances.
Special Event Services
It’s the details that really transform an event. The Event Managers at the Loveless Barn offer years of combined experience to help you fully realize your vision and dream. Our staff will handle as much or as little as you request. We can arrange for custom lighting, first-class entertainment, and decor to fit any event style or budget.
Gifts and Favors
The products from the Loveless Cafe Hams & Jams Gift Shop make the best gifts for your guests and loved ones. Custom gift baskets and bags for out of town guests can be delivered right to their hotel rooms. Party favors of miniature jars of the Loveless Cafe’s famous preserves complete with custom labels can add a special touch to your event.
Parking
The Loveless Barn offers unreserved parking for up to 140 cars in our paved lot. Overflow parking and large truck and bus parking is also available. Valet parking can be arranged and is strongly suggested for events with over 300 guests.
