I told Jesse this weekend…You walk on water!!! Thank you for everything this past week end.  The food was delicious and hot and pretty. Your staff was amazing. I never saw anyone without a big smile on their face. I always love doing events with yall because you are so professional and this time was no different…AND — you saved us with the EXIT signs. Bless you for that. It would have been awful to have shown the firemarshall those pitiful little paper signs from Home Depot…Closed down for sure!!

We were all totally delighted with Saturday!  Steve said it was “the best wedding I have ever been to”.  :-)  Besides the security tag being left in his suit, I don’t know of a single thing that went awry... From my perspective, everyone at Loveless was extremely attentive all last week, and did every single thing I asked. Thank you so much for the chairs upstairs in the loft, and the fans! I am so glad we had the tent…I think it made the guests much more comfortable to be able to spread out a bit…I thank you from the bottom of my heart! The huge Loveless gift basket is a wonderful gift!  We will definitely enjoy!…Steve and I want to come out and have supper, and savor Saturday night’s memories.

Hey Merrell,

I want to thank you all for the way our party was managed and served. The whole affair as exactly the way that Mary Beth and I envisioned it and I am so grateful to you all for making that happen. We are getting rave revues on the food, the venue and everything else that you all did. Merrell, you were a dream to work with and I was sorry that you were not there for the finish, but I probably would not have aware one way or another. The only glitch was the weather, which no one could have anticipated and we worked our way around that. The new patio was an unexpected asset, and our guests used it and were very complimentary. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in making our party a success.

Words cannot express the joy it was to work with your entire staff on the Rally and Rhinestones Nash Bash! You are amazing and helped create a flawless event that raised a ton of money for childhood cancer research. The planning, the patience, the flexibility, the set up, the execution, the take down – all of the logistics were handled in the most professional way.

Please pass my gratitude to your chef and his staff on the delicious and beautiful food. It was truly suburb. I can’t tell you how many guests commented on how much the enjoyed it. The menu could not have ben more perfect.

Please also pass my thanks to the staff, they were all so great during the set up. The bartenders were professional and friendly. The wait staff was fantastic. Everyone was extremely accommodating and truly made us feel at “home”. You were the unsung hero of the evening. Only an event planner can know how much dedication, hard work and love goes in an event like Nash Bash. I am so grateful and can’t tell you how much fun you made this party for me – from start to finish. Knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything and watching as you unfold our perfect event was a true gift to me. Thank you!

When Mike and I arrived, we were blown away by the look and feel of the Barn – it’s exactly how we envisioned it! Above all, though, we were spoiled rotten by your staff. The Interfaith Dental Clinic Gala is something our donors look forward to every year!  One of the things that makes our event unique from many other established events is that our chairman gets to pick the theme every year.  There are several things about the Barn that lend comfort to that concept.  One is the amazing food and their ability to perfectly execute any cuisine.  While many may view the Loveless brand only as the home for chicken and biscuits, what they may not realize it that there is a master chef behind all of the culinary creations at the Loveless Barn.  Chef Bart Pickens manages to blow my mind every year!  He is always open to incorporating our ideas and to adaptability for special diets.  We throw out a concept and he never fails to come back to us with the perfect menu.

If you have ever coordinated an event, you know well that all of the best laid plans do not come together without excellent execution.  The staff at the Loveless Barn has this down to a science.  We keep coming back because we know that our night is as important to them as it is to us.  They are friendly, fun to work with and eager to do anything that they can to make your event a success.  They have the ability to put out any “fire” before your guests smell smoke, even if you are the one that created it.
